Body posture for uplifting the mind

A simple exercise we can all do is to trick the mind into a confident feeling by altering our posture ,this is nothing new and has existed for decades ,just remember some of the old sayings ,chin up,the says the limit,puff your chest out ,stand tall.All of these old sayings if actually physically practiced will trick the mind and help lift your mood ..Have a go next time stand feet apart ,shoulders back and raise your sight to the sky and combined with slow deep controlled breathing you can raise your mood.
