Do you remember walking through a meadow ?surrounded by warm summer air ,the noises of the insects ,the scents of the grasses, flowers,trees,maybe the sound of a babbling brook, the crystal clear water running through the polished stones glinting in the sun light ...

Picture this in your mind .

Focus on the scene and gradually imagine your self there ,

focus on your breath

Now ....

How do you feel ?

I use this in times when I need to slow my thoughts and need to focus and calm .
